This heavenly part of Argentina is a fascinating mix of colonial and indigenous architecture, textiles, and traditions. The landscape is equally diverse: canyons that turn poly-chromatic in sunlight, lush cloud forests, and Andean salt pans, reflecting the skyscapes like giant mirrors. The food? A ribeye washed down with a Malbec at hip Piattelli will convince you you’re in a gastronomic heaven, too.
